1. Eligibility

2. Account & Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your wallet private keys and credentials
• Any activity that occurs under your account or wallet
• All transactions you initiate

We are not responsible for lost funds due to user error, phishing, compromised keys, or unauthorized access.

3. Services & Participation

Ordimax provides a blockchain-based MLM platform with multiple income opportunities: passive ROI (up to 0.07% daily), direct referral bonuses (11%), level-based commissions (up to 20%), and binary matching rewards (10%). Participation is voluntary. No guaranteed returns are promised. Crypto investments carry high risk of loss and may result in complete loss of investment.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Spamming, scamming, or promoting Ponzi schemes
• Harassment, threats, or hate speech
• Exploiting bugs, manipulating signals, or attempting to defraud the system
• Using bots or automation to abuse the platform

5. No Financial Advice

All content, signals, and materials provided are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You make all decisions at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, educational content, smart contract code, and materials are owned by Ordimax or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordimax, its team, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, smart contracts, or the Ordimax platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of ODMX tokens, or market volatility.

9. KYC / AML & Regulatory Compliance

Ordimax complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations where applicable. Users may be required to provide identification, proof of address, and source of funds verification. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail compliance checks or engage in suspicious activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
